Question Of the Week

Sunday, February 7, 2010

Okay, so last week's question was a bit of a bust, but this week promises to be free of technical difficulties.  The question will be up all week in order to allow all the schools to check in and leave a post. So without further ado, the question of the week is ...

In which book does the protagonist's father admit that he took the protagonist on a trip to prevent his lady boss from hitting on him?

Click on the comment in the footer of this post. Leave your answer by giving the title and the author of the book and send. Make sure you identify the school you are from when you post your comment.

All comments will be saved and posted on Friday along with the answer.

Another Change in Plans

Friday, February 5, 2010

Well, as some of you may already know, the first Monday question had a few minor hitches. But they have been fixed, and I am ready to go next Monday.

Originally, I had planned on posting the question on Monday, and revealing the answer on Tuesday; however, it was brought to my attention that not all schools could get their team members together in that short period of time. Therefore, I am extending the amount of time schools will have to post an answer.  Starting next week everyone will have until midnight on Thursday to post your reply to the questions. The answer will then be revealed on Friday morning along with everyone's comments.

Good Luck!

Technical Difficulties

Wednesday, February 3, 2010

Well, the first question post did not turn out as well as I had hoped. Part of the problem was due to some technical difficulties. In my attempt to hide the comments I actually hide the link to post a comment. That has been fixed. When leaving a comment click on the Comments located in the footer (see below).

A pop-up window will appear, and you can write your answer to the question.

Make sure you identify the school you are from when you leave a comment. An email will be sent to me with your comment. All comments will screened, and on Tuesday they will be posted for all to see. You will need to sign in through your Google account in order to leave a comment. If you are reading this post please leave a comment so I can send you an email letting you know that everything is working according to plan. Thanks for your participation.

The correct answer to the first question was Atherton House of Power. Unfortunately, no one got the correct answer but please keep coming back. A new question will be posted next Monday.

If It's Monday It Must Be Questions Time

Monday, February 1, 2010

As promised today I will begin putting up one questions each week for schools to answer. Today's question is ...

In which book does a protagonist count the steps from the kitchen door to his room?

Good Luck!
