FEATURED BOOK OF THE WEEK
by
Varian Johnson
Jackson Greene swears he's given up scheming. Then school bully Keith Sinclair announces he's running for Student Council president, against Jackson's former friend Gaby de la Cruz. Gaby wants Jackson to stay out of it -- but he knows Keith has "connections" to the principal, which could win him the presidency no matter the vote count.
So Jackson assembles a crack team: Hashemi Larijani, tech genius. Victor Cho, bankroll. Megan Feldman, science goddess. Charlie de la Cruz, reporter. Together they devise a plan that will take down Keith, win Gaby's respect, and make sure the election is done right. If they can pull it off, it will be remembered as the school's greatest con ever -- one worthy of the name THE GREAT GREENE HEIST.

The great Greene Heist was one of the best books this year because the characters get you so into it.
I'm excited to read this book because I love mysteries. This seems like a great book for people to love to solve things and get behind the truth of situations. I can't wait to see how this book goes

Gaby needs help, so now it's time for a con! Jackson Greene is just the man to do it!

However Jackson has given up 'that life' and looks for the better. But when they figure out Keith is running they know the election is going to be corrupted since Keith can easily 'persuade' Principal Kelsey to somehow get him to win. So now it's time for action!!!
Jackson gets his team in order and now it is time for The Great Greene Heist.
You are going to enjoy this book! Take it from me, I even took notes about (my favorite parts of course) This book was written in 2014 so it is in modern day and pretty much sums up how 'kids' act today.

The Great Greene Heist was pretty good. The way it started out in the middle of already going on story was a little confusing at first, but after the schemes that happened before were explained, it got a lot better. The way the plan was so well thought out was very intriguing. I enjoyed it.
I found this book to be very enjoyable to read.

I loved this book. I really enjoyed the plot to the book and the plan to tip the votes.
I thought this story was awesome! I really liked how at first Jackson is like "I've stopped, remember?" but in the end he goes back to who he is. And, in the end his success in being himself and helping his friends makes it even better.
